Join Shine Advertise, a dynamic marketing agency, as a lead generator and closer. We're looking for a self-starter who is fully independent and equipped with your own tools and solutions. In this rewarding remote position, you’ll earn $2,000 per closed deal initially, transitioning to a base salary of $30,000 after landing your first client. Additionally, you'll receive a 25% commission on each deal, making it easy to achieve six figures with just a dozen clients.
Your responsibilities include generating high-quality leads through your preferred methods—be it cold calling, email outreach, or social media—and effectively closing deals while managing client relationships.
Proven experience in lead generation and strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work without supervision. Regular progress check-ins with management will be required.
